I found this screen in a book dedicated to  Thomas Chippendale 300th anniversary of birth. It&#8217;s pretty tall 169.5cm high, the screen itself is pretty large too.  <\/p>\n<p><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/vika-m\/40667507093\/in\/dateposted\/\" title=\"IMG_9961.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/40667507093_6fc42c83cc_b.jpg\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" alt=\"IMG_9961.jpg\"\/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>I should also say that the original screen is fully made of wood, in my version a pole and a finial are made of brass. After finishing it, I said to myself that I&#8217;ll never make something like this ever again, but I guess it&#8217;s pretty obvious for me now, that I&#8217;ll be stitching another piece soon.
